Stock Controller – Entry Level Opportunity

Are you looking to kickstart your career in supply chain and logistics? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an entry-level inventory role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone recently out of university or looking to transition into the logistics field. No warehouse experience? No problem – we’re willing to train the right candidate!

About the Role

As a Stock Controller, you’ll be part of a supportive team focused on maintaining accurate stock control and inventory integrity. You’ll work closely with a supervisor and team members who will guide and train you as you learn the ropes of inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in producing and analysing daily inventory reports
  • Support routine cycle counts and stocktake activities
  • Help investigate inventory discrepancies under supervision
  • Perform stock adjustments with guidance
  • Maintain accurate records of reports, adjustments, and inventory documentation
  • Assist with stock receipting and data entry tasks

What We’re Looking For

We value attitude and computer skills over prior warehouse experience. If you’re eager to learn, detail-focused, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and systems, we want to hear from you!

Ideal candidates may have:

  • A keen interest in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Good communication and willingness to work in a team
  • A flexible and reliable approach to work

Why Join Us?

  • Full training provided
  • Supportive team environment
  • Competitive remuneration and staff benefits (including discounts on purchases, accommodation, health insurance, and banking)
  • Opportunity to grow your career in inventory and logistics
