As demand continues to grow, we have expanded rapidly, now delivering a superior range of dry goods, frozen and chilled products, fresh seafood and meat, confectionery, paper products, and cleaning solutions.

In 2024, Woolworths moved to a 100% interest in the PFD business, bringing PFD exciting opportunities as a strategic part of the Group. Sharing expertise across both teams will ensure our continued success and drive further growth and unlock our collective potential.

About this Position

We’re building a new national replenishment team, and this is your chance to help shape it from the ground up.

As part of a close-knit team of three analysts reporting into the National Replenishment Manager, you’ll play a key role in centralising supply chain data, improving inventory processes, and delivering insights that drive better decisions across the business.

There’s no rigid playbook here, this is a role where you can make a real impact. Whether you’re starting out in your career, returning to work, or bringing experience from another industry, if you’re analytical, curious, and confident in using data to tell stories and challenge the status quo, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse supply chain data to support consistent inventory and replenishment decisions across states.
  • Build and maintain agreed business rules that support smarter purchasing and inventory control.
  • Deliver project-based work in partnership with IT and operations to improve systems and data tools.
  • Create and distribute tailored monthly Sales & Operations presentations to support national planning meetings.
  • Develop and maintain weekly reports including KPIs, service levels, usage rates, and inventory snapshots.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and dashboards using internal data platforms.
  • Support system upgrades through testing, rollout, and stakeholder communication.
  • Help modernise processes by identifying improvements and challenging legacy practices.
  • Engage interstate teams through presentations, training, and data-driven recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field (desirable).
  • Open to recent graduates, early-career professionals, or those with relevant experience from different backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills especially in Excel (large data sets, reporting tools).
  • Confidence using PowerPoint to structure and present insights clearly and effectively.
  • Confident in using data to tell compelling stories and influence change.
  • Not afraid to speak up, challenge legacy thinking, and drive improvement.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisation, and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Open to occasional interstate travel for training, presentations, and team engagement.
